All orders are processed and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Inkthreadable, based in the UK.
Processing Time: All orders are subject to a processing time before they are shipped. The typical lead time for printing and preparing an order for dispatch is 3 to 5 working days. This processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the items in your order. We offer several shipping options to get your products to you.
United Kingdom:
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 48 Tracked): 2-5 working days
Express Shipping (Royal Mail 24 Tracked/Courier): 1-3 working days
Europe:
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked): 6-21 working days
United States of America:
Standard Shipping (USPS Tracked): 3-5 working days
Rest of the World:
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail/Tracked): 6-21 working days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FROMBOT2HOT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages, Delays, or Lost Orders
